A 50% deposit is required to book a Slumber in the Hill event. The remaining 50% payment is due ten (10) days prior to the event date. Full payment is due at the time of booking if the event date is less than two (2) weeks out.
Once you have signed the rental contract you have up to 10 days prior to the event date to make any changes to the number of guests.
If canceled ten (10) days prior to event date, the deposit is refundable.
If canceled less than ten (10) days prior to the event date your deposit is non-refundable; however, you can apply your deposit to another date.
Slumber in the Hill will provide a checklist of the rental items at the time of delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items in the same condition the next day.
Any damaged or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. Client will be charged prior to Slumber in the Hill leaving with the rental equipment.
Teepees and décor (decorative pillows, blankets, lights, garland and trays) may not be exactly as pictured on the website or social media. All equipment is subject to availability.
Slumber in the Hill reserves the right to deny a party upon arrival and initial inspection of the space. We will refund your total minus a $125 processing and travel fee if the space does not meet our expectations.
A clean and safe environment for setup must be provided.
All furniture and breakables must be moved prior to our arrival. Slumber in the Hill cannot assist with moving furniture.
Please ensure you have adequate space for the equipment. Each twin air mattress measures 39" x 75" (be sure to add a few inches for width of the teepee).
A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the teepee rental.
The teepee area must remain pet free during the duration of the teepee rental.
Pets, makeup and slime are prohibited inside the teepee.
Water and dry snacks are permitted on the trays. Please avoid sticky and dark colored food/drinks that can stain/damage our teepees and linens.
Any stains/damage inside or outside the equipment will result in a penalty charge for the cost of cleaning and/or replacing damaged items.
Drop off and pickup times are subject to change. We strive for no later than 4pm drop off and between a 10am-2pm pick up the following day. 24-36 hours prior to your event we will provide you with an arrival/pickup window.
Slumber in the Hill will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests.
Slumber in the Hill assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party.
Slumber in the Hill will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using the rental equipment.
As the client, I understand that supervision is an assumed responsibility.
Slumber in the Hill reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. You will always be asked prior to photos being used/taken by Slumber in the Hill.
